We collect: (a) Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture from Google when you sign in; (b) Usage data — tests taken, scores, answers, time spent; (c) Contact information — phone number if you submit it via our lead capture form; (d) Payment information — processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
We use your information to: provide and improve the MockBlast service; track your test performance and show you analytics; send you important account and payment notifications; respond to your queries. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Test results, bookmarks, and analytics are tied to your user account. Phone numbers collected via lead forms are stored solely for follow-up communication.
MockBlast uses browser local storage to remember your selected exam and session preferences. We use Supabase auth cookies for session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth (authentication), Supabase (database and auth), Razorpay (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Test results and analytics are stored indefinitely to provide you with long-term progress tracking. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and associated data; withdraw consent for marketing communication. Contact us to exercise these rights.
MockBlast is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
