What is the Forest Guard exam pattern?
A 170-mark written MCQ exam — Mathematics 20, English 30 and General Knowledge 120, all at Class 10 level — and a 30-mark interview. A 100-mark Bengali or Kokborok paper is qualifying only, with 40% needed.
What is the physical test?
A walking test: 25 km for men and 16 km for women, within four hours. Before that, minimum height and chest are checked — 163 cm for General and SC men, 152 cm for ST men, 150 cm for UR and SC women, 145 cm for ST women.
